Among the Hollywood executives interviewed in this report, Michael Lewis of RealD predicts that "most of the big movies will be shot [in 3D]" in the next 2 or 3 years. 2008 will be a big year for 3D. Beowulf is the latest big name release in 3D. Over 4000 theaters have already converted to digital, 3D-ready equipment (Wall Street Journal, 11-8-2007).
